World financial crisis and deepen integration of our country into the international economic system urged the structure systems of Central Bank of Azerbaijan Republic to consider necessity deeper studying of priority directions of foreign technical assistants with strengthened and connection with timely provide quality technical assistants. The main goal of CBA activity in all directions is adaptation to international standards, studying international experience, widen co-operation, to raise international image and there was made a lot of works in this directions. These affairs created conditions to ensure implementation the tasks put before CBA, mainly lied on leaning on the experience of foreign central banks in undertaking reforms and updating process, including worthily represent CBA in international arena.

One of the main directions among the row strategic targets of CBA to develop country financial-bank systems to adapt it to the international standards and integration into the financial-bank system of foreign countries. At the same time intensifying co-operation CBA with international financial institutions and in regard with development of financial sector in direction to expand drawing new projects turned into one of the main duties.
