This section includes legislation acts that shape the legal base for the banking system, as well as legislative acts that regulate activities of the Central Bank, and determine its legal status, goals, objectives, functions, authorities, management and organizational structure. Also this section includes regulatory acts applicable to all banks, non-bank credit institutions, and other persons on issues that fall within the scope of its competence according to Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan. To note, regulatory acts adopted by the Central Bank are included to the State Registry of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Legal Acts by the relevant executive authority in the order specified in the Constitutional law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on ‘Regulatory Legal Acts’.
