List of officials authorized to consider cases on administrative violations and draw up protocols on cases of administrative violations after trials in regional (city) courts
According to Decree# 1256 of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on ‘Approval of the list of officials authorized to consider cases on administrative violations’ dated 23 February 2017 and Decree #1361 on ‘Approval of the list of officials authorized to draw up protocols on cases of administrative violations after trials in regional (city) courts’ dated 3 May 2017, as well as Order#1616 of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 28 November 2019, the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan approved the list of officials authorized to consider cases on administrative violations and draw up protocols on cases of administrative violations after trials in regional (city) courts as follows:

Protocols on administrative violations proceeded at regional (city) courts are developed by executive directors and directors of the Central Bank.
