List of officials authorized to consider cases on administrative offenses and of officials authorized to draw up protocols for administrative offenses considered by district (city) courts

According to Decree# 1256 of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on ‘Approval of the list of officials authorized to consider cases on administrative pffences’ dated 23 February 2017 and Decree #1361 on ‘Approval of the list of officials authorized to draw up protocols on cases of administrative offences in regional (city) courts’ dated 3 May 2017,

the list of officials of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan authorized to consider cases on administrative offenses and, in accordance with Article 43.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan, authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offense cases considered by district (city) courts has been approved as follows:

Officials authorized to consider cases on administrative violations:

• Deputy Governors of the Central Bank
• Central Bank’s executive directors, department directors and heads of divisions
• Complaints from decisions or rulings issued on administrative offences – First Deputy Governor of the Central Bank

Protocols on administrative offences proceeded at regional (city) courts are developed by Central Bank’s Deputy Governers, Executive Directors, department directors and heads of divisions.
