- Insurance intermediaries
- Individuals willing to obtain a license for insurance intermediary, as well as persons who are contractual employees of a legal entity willing to be licensed for activities of an insurance agent should be certified by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Those persons should officially submit the following documents to the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan:
- 1. Application (Insurance broker; Insurance agent)
- 2. Application on civil impeccability (notarized)
- 3. Copy of an ID card (notarized)
- Managers
- Persons appointed to the position of an insurance broker that is a legal entity and of the legal entity exclusively established to be an insurance agent should be certified by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Those persons should officially submit the following documents to the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan:
- 1. Copy of an ID card (notarized)
- 2. Application on civil impeccability (notarized)
- 3. A copy of the document (diploma) of higher education (notarized)
- 4. A copy of an employment record book (notarized)
- Actuaries
- Individuals seeking to obtain actuarial certificates should be certified by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Those persons should officially submit the following documents to the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan:
- 1. Application
- 2. Copy of an ID card (notarized)
- 3. Application on civil impeccability (notarized)
- 4. A copy of the document (diploma) of higher education (notarized)
