The Central Addressing Scheme, one of the Instant Payments System components, serves to keep and link account requisites of bank customers to identifiers, as well as ensures management of information from one center. Simple identifiers include a mobile number, e-mail, PIN for individuals and a mobile number, e-mail, TIN, the branch code of the entities and the identifier of the merchant for private entrepreneurs and legal entities at customer’s discretion. Every identifier is linked to the customer’s bank account and realizes debit/credit of funds to/from that account during payments and transfers.
Banks register customers’ account information in the Central Addressing module at customers’ either direct appeals or appeals from e-channels and provides their access to simple identifiers. Then the inquiries received from relevant sources on formation of the payment order are answered by the Central Addressing module with necessary account details.

The module also allows specifying the details of the payer and recipient on the basis of simplified identification methods used in transactions.
