Abstract: The purpose of the research is to determine the impact of budget expenditures to the outputs of economic activity fields of the economy. In this study it is used of macro-economic model (input-output model) and econometric model. Here the changes in economic activity fields have been investigated in case of decreasing the budget expenditure. As a result of several simulations it was found that in case of decrease in budget expenditure, this impact would appear to be different in various economic spheres. As the research work gives opportunity to determine the impact of decrease in budget expenditures to the various economic spheres it is actual and assumes practical importance
