If it is possible to respond to incoming calls promptly, citizens' requests are answered by giving them an appropriate explanation regarding their verbal requests. Otherwise, the calls are forwarded to appropriate structural units for response or to executers on received official written requests. Calls to the Central Bank are received by operators and recorded.

1. If, for whatever reason, response letters are not obtained from public authorities regarding appeals addressed to the Central Bank or received directly to the Central Bank The response letter is presented to the applicant through his/her identification.
2. In case of difficulty to contact the Central Bank via its contact numbers You may submit an appeal for call back by accessing the Central Bank’s official WhatsApp number
