1. The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan is holding an open tender on procurement of logistics and low-value goods for the CBA in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Public Procurements.
The bid is to be held at the administrative tower of the Central Bank (R.Behbudov, 90, Baku city) on 31 January 2019 at 15:00.
2. Bidders should submit the following documents to be eligible:
- tender application;
- notarized copies of documents confirming legal status of the Bidder (Charter, certificate of state registration or statement from registry, etc.);
- document confirming authorities of the person empowered to sign the tender offer and procurement contract;
- bank statement confirming payment of the participation fee;
- two copies of the bid in Azerbaijani (to be valid through 15 March 2019);
- bank guarantee in the amount of 1 (one)% of the bid price (as per the RFP);
- bank statement on financial standing over the past one (1) year;
- statement from a relevant tax authority denying any outstanding liability on taxes and other compulsory charges in the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- information on bidders’ experience on sale of logistics and low-value goods over recent 2 (two) years and on their main corporate customers (including names of customers serviced and supplied works over recent 2 (two) years);
- other information required by the RFP on bidder’s qualifications.
3. Bidders should submit signed and sealed bids and bank guarantees in two-fold envelopes until 18.00, 30 January 2019, while other sealed and signed necessary documents in closed envelopes to the CBA administrative tower located at 90, R.Behbudov Str, Baku city no later than 18.00, 21 January 2019. Envelopes and documents received after the deadline shall be returned without opening and the bidder shall not be allowed to the tender.
4. The AZN 100 (one hundred) worth of participation fee should be transferred to the following account:

5. Commencement of procurement: from the day the procurement agreement is signed.
6. Period for delivery of goods: for 1 (one) year from the day the procurement agreement is signed on demand.
7. Assessment criteria: financial factor and the number of corporate customers.
8. Bidders, willing to participate in the tender may get the RFP in Azerbaijani from the CBA administrative tower, located at 90, R.Behbudov Str., Baku city by submission of a bank statement confirming payment of the participation fee.
