07.10.2022, Baku – According to Article 107.1.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Insurance Activity, the Management Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan with its decision of 05 October 2022 revoked the insurance agent license issued to Ms Turan Eldar Gadimova on 07 November 2012 based upon her voluntary appeal.
Furthermore, taking into account the fact that the license holders did not eliminate the circumstances that led to the suspension of their licenses within a specified period, according to Article 107.1.2 of the Law, the Management Board of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan with its decision of the same date revoked the insurance agent licenses issued to 28 individuals listed below (the list is attached).
