10 April 2025, Baku: In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Securities Market" and the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Investment Funds", persons providing investment services (transactions) on the securities market and managing investment funds are required to be certified by the Central Bank and to have the appropriate professional certificate. This certification process is regulated by the "Regulation for conducting certification for the purpose of obtaining qualification certificates for performing investment services (transactions) and managing investment funds".

In order to ensure transparency in the financial market, protect investors from unprofessional services and strengthen the reliability of the market, a list of persons holding professional certificates has been published on the official website of the Central Bank. The list contains information on the first name, surname and patronymic of the persons holding professional certificates, as well as the type, number and date of issue (renewal) of the professional certificates.
