The Central Bank has granted MilliKart LLC a license to operate as a payment system operator
3 July 2025, Baku: In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Payment Services and Payment Systems," an assessment was carried out of organizations that applied to the Central Bank for a license to provide payment services and payment systems. As part of the work carried out in this direction, the Management Board of the Central Bank issued a permanent license to MilliKart LLC, granting it the right to operate as a payment system operator.
