3 June 2026: To improve the quality and accessibility of services provided to citizens, the Central Bank is expanding the scope of its citizen reception services.

Starting on June 8, 2026, the Central Bank will also accept citizens at the ASAN Service center located in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (address: 7 Seyid Jafar Pishavari Street, Nakhchivan City). This approach increases accessibility for citizens and reduces time lost in the acceptance process.

To note, since February of this year, the Central Bank has been accepting citizens at the ASAN-2 center (address: 23, 8 November Avenue, Baku City) and the ASAN-5 center (address: 115, Heydar Aliyev Avenue, Baku City).

In addition to Baku city, citizens can receive services in the regions. To this end, citizen reception rooms operate in the territorial offices of the Central Bank, which are located at 82 H. Aliyev Avenue in Yevlakh and at 2B H. Aliyev Street in Bilasuvar. The Central Bank also organizes mobile receptions throughout the year in various regions and cities of the republic.
