01 October 2026, Baku: The Management Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan decided, by its decision of 29 September 2026, to revoke the license of T-Kredit Non-Bank Credit Institution LLC, issued on 28 July 2026 (license No. BKT-51), pursuant to Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Non-Bank Credit Institutions (the “Law”), following an application submitted by T-Kredit Non-Bank Credit Institution LLC.

Under the same decision, and pursuant to Article 25 of the Law, the Management Board also decided to revoke the license of Fintrend Non-Bank Credit Institution LLC, issued on 5 June 2014 (license No. BKT-24). The revocation follows the submission of inaccurate reports to the Central Bank resulting from non-compliance with prudential requirements.

Under the Law, a non-bank credit institution ceases its activities as of the date on which the decision to revoke its license takes effect and is subject to liquidation in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
