20 June 2025, Baku: As part of the ongoing efforts to develop the capital market, the Central Bank held a presentation on the Guidelines on Disclosure of Information by Issuers.

Representatives of investment companies operating in the country, as well as issuers whose securities have been publicly offered or admitted to trading on a regulated market, attended the event. During the presentation, Central Bank representatives emphasized key aspects of the the Guidelines on Disclosure of Information by Issuers. The event also addressed common challenges faced by companies in meeting disclosure obligations and offered practical examples to help issuers eliminate deficiencies in terms of the requirements of regulatory legal acts. Attendees received recommendations on ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in their disclosures.

The event’s primary aim is to improve the quality of disclosed information, ensure awareness and transparency of the capital market, as well as increase the interest of potential issuers and capital market consumers in the market in question. The presentation also featured interactive discussions around practical approaches and addressed questions from attendees.
