Information about revoked licenses in the insurance sector
20 April 2026, Baku – In accordance with Article 107.1.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Insurance Activities”, License No. 000300, issued on November 10, 2009, to “AtaSıgorta” Open Joint Stock Company (the Company) for insurance activities, was revoked by the decision of the Management Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 17, 2026, based on the Company’s voluntary application.
The revocation of the Company's license does not pose any threat to the financial sustainability and stability of the insurance sector.
The liquidation process will be monitored by the Central Bank within the framework of the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
