17 July 2026, Baku: Initiatives are underway to enhance the quality of services rendered to citizens by the Central Bank.

Starting on July 20, 2026, the Central Bank will also accept citizens at the Ganja Regional ASAN Service Center No. 2 (Address: 784 Nizami Ganjavi Avenue, Ganja City). This approach is intended to reduce the time it takes for reception process and increase citizen satisfaction.

Note that, since February of this year, the Central Bank has been accepting citizens at the ASAN No. 2 (Address: 23, 8 November Avenue, Baku) and ASAN No. 5 (115 Heydar Aliyev Avenue, Baku) service centers.

In addition to Baku, opportunities for citizens to receive services have been expanded in the regions. Citizen reception rooms have been provided at the following locations: ASAN Service Center in Nakhchivan (Address: 7 Seyid Jafar Pishavari, Nakchchivan city); ASAN Service Center No. 2 in Sumgayit (Address: 66 Bulvar Street, Sumgayit city); the territorial offices of the Central Bank in Yevlakh (Address: 82 H. Aliyev Avenue) and Bilasuvar (Address: 2B H. Aliyev Street). The Central Bank also organizes mobile receptions throughout the year in various regions and cities of the Republic.
